I am Elizabeth Palomba, PA-C

A board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Springfield College in Springfield, MA. My career began in women's health before PA school, where I developed a deep understanding of the hormonal challenges women face throughout their lives. I then spent years in neonatal critical care — protecting the most vulnerable populations and easing their traumatic transitions into this world — while witnessing firsthand the profound antenatal and postpartum hormonal fluctuations that families experience.

Through these experiences, I saw how deeply hormonal imbalances affect every aspect of well-being — from patients struggling with weight loss due to barriers they couldn't overcome alone, to those seeking to rediscover themselves through alternative aesthetic treatments on the heels of parenthood, the roller coaster of weight loss, or other life-altering events.

Today, my passion is helping women and men identify and rediscover the best versions of themselves. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and deeply personal — guiding patients towards happiness by making impactful and meaningful changes they otherwise could not make on their own.
